Career counseling, internships, ESL, computer literacy labs, High School Equivalency test preparation, and occupational skills training are just a few services offered by the Middlesex County Office of Workforce Development ELITE Youth Program.

To be eligible, youth must be aged 16-24, out of school, and meet one or more requirements, for example: homeless, in foster care, have a disability, low-income with a barrier, subject to the juvenile or adult justice system, pregnant or parenting.
